HLAC - Lifelong Wellness Application
I learned that it is important to incorporate lifelong wellness or physical fitness in your daily life. It is what keeps you healthy and strong. I definitely learned that from taking this tennis course it is important to stretch before and after workout and/or doing any physical activity. It is also important to never compromise form and to keep the form correct.
I will continue to use the information I learned in the course in my life. It will be beneficial to me whenever I do workout, play tennis, and/or be involved in any physical activity. It is important to stay fit and healthy, and you can do so by being active and involved with any physical activity.
My intention is to continue to exercise daily in my life by having a plan and set a time of day to workout and/or be involved in any physical activity that will be worthwhile, fun, and hard. The key thing is to be motivated either through reminders for yourself or have someone do an activity with you so both of you can push each other.
If I was to do the course again, I will try to do more outside practice of tennis on my own and with someone. This will be a great way to improve and get better in performance in tennis. I would like to get better and perfect tennis, so I can potentially get involved with competitions and see what the experience will be like.
